Attention, teens! Summer’s finally here, and it’s the perfect time to take a break and re-focus. Join us for some fun and interactive sessions to learn self-care techniques to handle school stress and everyday life with ease.
Guided mindfulness exercises and activities, as well as simple tools, will help teens feel more centered, calm and confident. It’s all about feeling good, staying balanced, and enjoying summer to the fullest!
Weekly Schedule
The program begins on Monday, June 2, and will be comprised of eight weeks, with a different focus each week:
- Week 1: Healthy/mindful eating habits
- Week 2: Artistic forms of therapy
- Week 3: Exploring leadership and autonomy
- Week 4: Tech/digital week – mindful use of social media
- Week 5: Self-care through affirmations
- Week 6: Campfire/story time
- Week 7: DIY and hobbies
- Week 8: Sports and teamwork/collaboration/connections
Program Details
Time: Sessions run from 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and include a hot lunch.
